Leasing Commissions

Realtor must show the property to all adults. If the client wants to rent the property, please direct them to our website so they can complete the rental application. All adults, 18 years or older, must complete an application and pay the application fee. During the application process, the applicant is directed to provide the showing agents information. To be safe feel free to email our office regarding the client. Sample leases are available on our website. Contact our office with any questions. The general criteria can be found by clicking the "Apply Now" button on any property. The fee schedule below will be paid to the office of the showing agent after the tenants take possession of the home. A W-9 is required for payment. Only licensed real estate brokerages will be paid commissions.

Commission is calculated on the monthly rental rate:

• Monthly rental rate up to $1500/month -$200
• Monthly rental rate $1501/month-$2500/month - $250
• Monthly rental rate $2501/month and above $300
